I think if you're into surveys for the money then you'll be disappointed. I just like doing surveys but the OP is right that sometimes you seem to get through a lot of so-called pre-qualifier questions just to be disqualified.

As you said, it is frustrating such as when you do a survey for a while then it shows the message that the quota is full. Why do they send you to a survey if the quota is full? There should be a specific amount of places and if there are none remaining, it should tell you at the very start.

People need to complain about this because that is the only way they will change things. We need someone like Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall to use their powers of persuasion to change this.

I think that depends entirely on your expectations.

I'm sat at a computer all day with a fair few short periods of downtime. I have OnePoll and Prolific on auto-refresh and see Populus Live emails as soon as they come, so I've a reasonable chance of getting to things as soon as they are available.

I'm not looking for a second full-time income, just some pin money for gin and chocolate and it's fine for that.

I've had over a hundred quid just from Prolific since I started last month, and have enjoyed quite a lot of their studies anyway

OnePoll edges up quite slowly and is slow to pay out, but for time I'd be doing nothing much it's fine for a payout every few months.
