Does anyone have a name? I need a lawyer who has experience with purchasing property in Scotland with cash coming from Middle East. All help much appreciated!

It'll depend what part of the country your in so here's a link to the Law Society of Scotland you can use that to search.

You can search for a local lawyer using the Scottish Law Sociaety's website. http://www.lawscot.org.uk/find-a-solicitor/
All solicitors have to comply with Anti Money Launderign rules and money coming from overseas is a high risk factor, so expect additional checks to be needed.
You may find it sensible to look for a larger firm with internation expertise as they are more likely to have procedures set up to deal with international trnasactions than a smaller firm.All posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)0
