MSE - Energy Club down?

Working fine here. They were down for a revamp a while back, clear cookies and try again.0

Despite switching via them to British Gas (what a farce that was) they keep emailing me to tell me that my deal with Scottish Power ends in August.
Seems that the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.Ellie

Is MSE - Energy Club down? Every time I've tried to log on in the last few days i get the same comment.
"Cheap Energy Club is currently down. Our techies are working furiously to fix the issue and we're hoping to be back up soon.
Thanks for your patience!"
Hi pearl123,
There shouldn't have been anything wrong with Cheap Energy Club. Is the issue still happening?
If you continue to have issues, pop us an email to energyclub@moneysavingexpert.com and we'll take a look for you.

Hi Ellie2758,
It sounds like British Gas hasn't updated us about your switch yet, so your account won't have updated. If you pop us an email to energyclub@moneysavginexpert.com we'll take a look at this for you.

To keep their commissions rolling in, they're busily engaged in trying to work out how to [STRIKE]lure[/STRIKE] interest people into abandoning their existing fixes and [STRIKE]get suckered into[/STRIKE] opt for a new [STRIKE]more expensive[/STRIKE] one, on the basis of [STRIKE]outrageously dishonest promises[/STRIKE] helpful, [STRIKE]gleefully[/STRIKE] OFGEM-compliant, projections that doing so will save them vast amounts of money.
It takes more [STRIKE]deceit[/STRIKE] creativity, now that the market has turned and is rising instead of falling.
Of course, you could easily ring them up and ask. Oh no, forgive me, I forgot – CEC is the one comparison site that's so [STRIKE]anal[/STRIKE] customer-friendly that it [STRIKE]resolutely avoids[/STRIKE] omits to provide a contact telephone number.
They're so MoneySupermarket.com.
Hi Sosumi,
We feel that comment's a little unfair. The projected savings calculations is something that we changed about a year ago. Please see our news story on this here:

We aren't a company that has a telephone service for users to reach us on. However, we respond as quickly as we can to emails from our users.
