PIP assessment home visit x 2

I just wondered if this has happened to anyone else.. I had my PIP home assessment on Tuesday 26th July.. I had a telephone call from Capita yesterday and they have to do another assessment due to IT problems!!! Fuming, as it took all my strength to get through the first one.. I do understand that there are sometimes problems with technology, however this has thrown me completely.

I would recommend you contact your local ' Citizens Advice Bureau ' Pip seem to have their underwear in a twist at the moment .
