Tenth Anniversary Combo Breaker Car Insurance Carver! Debt-free and Proud!
    Evening all,

Just done the farm vat with DS2. What a depressing mission.

Had a nice tea, which was much needed after a long tiring day.

    Evening all :)
Thanks for starting us off PF :)
Been MIA due to some family stuff - not resolved, sadly, but life goes on....

    Today's list:
    Posted an ebay parcel
Had haircut (not moneysaving, but it was driving me mad )
Popped into sales unit to tidy up / see if restocking needed - it wasn't :(
Bought a few bits in Waitrose as we were passing, some cheese, pate and chorizo. Chose the brands that were on offer :)
Watered garden, then half an hour later it absolutely tipped down :rotfl:
Packed OH off to the recycling centre with prunings from a tree he attacked yesterday (a privet bush that appeared from nowhere in our tiny front garden, and had ambitions to be a sizeable tree ). It is now just an extension to the hedge :)
Weeded and swept path in front garden, and the paving at the back :)
Picked a handful of cherry tomatoes :)
Bagged up the French beans that I open froze yesterday
Walked dog - free exercise :)
It is our wedding anniversary - debated going out for a meal but decided not to bother. We have nice fresh vegetables, so I made a frittata with salad. Saved, I dunno, £30 or so (?), and I doubt the meal would have been better than we can do at home :D

Right, I am determined to do inventories of the freezers this evening, as they are stuffed, and I don't know what is in there!

    Oh noooo.

Took me a while to work out what you meant there. I was wondering what you were doing with silos.

I can be so blonde sometimes.

    Evening!

Today I cracked open a savings pot - we started it 4 years ago and promised ourselves we'd only open when we were having a baby! Baby is t - 11 weeks away and the pot had £190 in it! So that money is going towards the lamp / storage / chair and bedding.

I've also listed an unopened ovulation kit on ebay - RRP is £44 so I'm hoping to get about £30.

Also just got my ASDA shop for this week so we'll be eating from that and ONLY that!
DFW beginning 24/06/16 - current balances as of 28/07/16 are:
    £1320 / £1520 Paypal Credit
    £5413 / £6913 BarclayCard
    Total: £6733 / £8433 Hopeful DFD - October 2016!
    Grocery Challenge August: £56 / £375
