Hi,

My current package is:

Big Kahuna bundle:
Talk Weekends
1 Additional V+HD box
Tivo
XL TV
200MB BB

I'm being charged £61.49 pm plus £17.99 pm line rental, which brings my monthly cost to £79.48.

In the last 12 months prices have gone up and up. I was paying £67.49 for exactly the same 12 months ago with the exception of their "free" broadband speed upgrades.

Is this any good? I'm out of contract so can leave!

Thanks.

How much extra do you spend on
    - weekday calls to 01, 02 and 03 numbers, and
    - calls to mobile (071-075, 077-079) numbers?

The phone is never used except the odd free call to VM on 150. Only have it as VM said it would be cheaper with all 3 services. There doesnt appear to be any loyalty discount on there anymore for some reason...I'm sure there was before?

How much do you spend on your mobile each month calling numbers starting 01, 02, 03, 071-075 and 077-079, and what proportion of those calls are made while you are sat at home?

I decided to give my 30 day notice as the big kahuna is available to new customers for £49.99 p/m. My notice period ends at the beginning of September - when should I expect a call from their retentions department?

    Thanks.

I've just cancelled my kahuna bundle and moved to sky after years with virgin. Originally went for the MSE offer but I've had issues with my VM broadband too so after taking to someone at sky swapped broadband too.

Sky Q 2tb box with additional mini box (every other room we can log in via the apps) with sky family and boxsets added. Sky fibre unlimited with sky line rental and sky talk anytime extra. £33.41 for the first 6 months and £43.41 for the last 6 months of a 12 month contract total installation costs where £10.

Does that price include TV, Fibre broadband and line rental? If so, think I'll be switching too.

I can't seem to get it anywhere near that price then, even using the MSE code, it's coming up as £50 per month alone for the Q box with box sets, not including fibre or line rental.
