Easyjet Hand Luggage Query.

I'm flying with Easyjet tomorrow and am having a last minute panic about hand luggage!

I'm aware that you can only take one piece of hand luggage on board the plane and that handbags must fit inside your piece of luggage.


If I'm asked to put my hand luggage in the hold due to lack of space on the plane will I be allowed to take my hand bag out first?


Sorry if this seems a silly question. I don't usually travel with easyjet and an not really sure what to expect.

Yes you can, I did this earlier in the year. Make sure anything of value is easily hoiked out.
I took a lock too, in case it happened, I must've known!

Yes, you will, your handbag will then become your once piece of cabin baggage. Just make sure you take all your valuables out of your case if you are asked to put your bag in the hold.
