Technically you can be blacklisted it's called a CIFAS marker.... It prevents you getting credit and is intended for fraud bur some banks use it to prevent people making further applications to them.0

Very arrogant for someone who's barely posted, I'm guessing you've been around a while and registered a new account to troll.
If someone 'did a runner' for 2p I'd laugh, it's simply pathetic, and I'd never expect to get 2p back off anyone, I'm a little more generous than that.0
