Using train in france

Hi,
On the 8th of August my partner and I are going on holiday with my parents to France. My parents are going for 3 weeks but we're only going for 2 due to work commitments. We're travelling down in my parents car with them and plan on getting the train back to Paris and then the Eurostar back to the UK. We've booked the Eurostar through work as we get it for free. However, we've never used the trains in France. I've looked on the SNCF website and tried to book on my iPhone but it says the app isn't available in the uk store (obviously) and prompts me to change store. I then get to the French store and can't find it because it's all in French! Can I just buy the ticket from the train station when I get there? We're going from:
Parsac- Gouzon to Paris - Austerlitz (with 1 change at Limoges)
I'm so confused with it all!!

I used Rail Canterbury (http://www.rail-canterbury.co.uk/) who booked all of my through journeys on the cheapest possible tariffs and without me needing to worry about a thing. Best part was they charged such a small premium that it was worth it a million times over.0

use this website https://loco2.com/
it covers all of europe, it's in english, and you pay as normal !
We use trains across europe all the time - they are so much better than UK ones and if you book far in advance it's soooooo cheap.
Make sure you validate your tickets before betting on the trains at the yellow boxes on the platform...

Here's some information about booking in France, including some alternative sites:

You can change the language on the SNFC site to English. Here's a direct link:
