Royal mail lost my package recorded post

i'll be honest for me RM could drop RD's or upgrade them to fully tracked with a next day delivery like a slower SD service.
the perception people have of RD is just that.
however sometimes people only see the doom and gloom over the efforts posties make to deliver items.
eg the masses of wrongly addressed mail

The last line of that post obviously showed the op views the RM in a negative way. Regardless of financial facts viewing the RM in a negative way is also an opinion!
