Wish they would do that here. Have had many journeys, cinema, restaurant visits, etc, made unpleasant because of nasty synthetic (expensive,designer) perfumes - if they don't make you sneeze they knock you sick! I adore Boots, I adore cosmetics, I adore nice scents, but not a single thing on the Boots perfume counter would cross my door. 90% horrid chemicals, 10% real fragrance. 100% marketing. 100% rip off. Clean is a nice smell. A very light spray of perfume first thing does fine ladies. Passive perfume is as bad as passive smoking!

I can confirm that you can buy 3 for 2 by your points. I did this several times with No7. No problem at all. But please check before you leave the till. If you are charged full price, please tell them there and then.

Last tuesday I redeemed my points for £10 top up voucher, a botanics bath thing, and got a free wipe. You should be able to get the free wipe by redeeming your point. That day I was served by the store manager. No problem at all.

Hi is it just me or do you all feel that boots.com is a bit hit and miss at whether its working. I regularly have problems getting into it and pages freezing up. Yes I am on broadband. Anyway its nearly 1.30am cant sleep wanted to look at boots as you do and it aaaaarrrrgggghhh its not playing fair. Thanks needed to vent. Feel better now. will have to go to bed and try to work out my boots plan of action for tomorrow. G'night

I have been getting exactly the same problem! It happens totally randomly and everything just goes white and freezes. I try to refresh and it happens again. I try to go back and it happens again! The amount of times I have had to come out and go back in is unbelievable. It takes me twice as long to order

When I click on the link online to see what the FREE Botanics gift is it just shows me lots of products, does anyone know what the actual gift you get is?

Also if you buy the Botanics items that are 3 for 2 would you get 1, 2 or 3 free gifts? Hope you get what I mean???

As well as freezing on a white page, I'm getting their intensely irritating green 'there seems to be a problem' page. I emailed them, and the reply said it was the result of 'technical problems'. Well who'd have thought!

It happens whenever the site is under pressure.

I think the free gift is some Facial wipes .

I see what you mean over the free gifts. Just wondering where everyone is here today, as i only have 54points on my card, so suck at this whole bootsing thing

Just been in my small local boots (cheylesmore Coventry)for baby wipes, and ended up spending a fortune. Had loads of stuff on clearance, Toni and Guy hair products also on 3for2, Santuary body stuff all at half price, vitamins half price. Not sure why they are clearing it all, as all current products in other boots.
