    I'd call up and complain about that manager - he's got no right to take things off people at the till if they're paying for them just because he wants them!

    Could any seasoned Boots campaigners give me a little advice please?

    I ordered stuff from Boots online on 5th Sept, (delivered 11th Sept), but haven't yet received my Advantage points for the order, (5370 ;) ). Does it normally take this long or should I get in touch with them now? I have checked my account status and they are not showing as pending or anything. Also, I have searched and searched but can't find an email address to use to contact them, does anyone know of one? (I'm not very good on the phone!:o )

    Many thanks for any help on this......

    You have to put your advantage card in the machine on your next visit to the store and it will update your points . This is a hassle for me !!! our local store doesn't have a machine and I have to travel over an hour on the bus to use one.

    I have the same issue - ordered same day but mine has yet to be delivered. They're not showing as pending online, but then CS added 500 points two days ago and these aren't showing either. I assume you've tried in more than one ACM (I find only one in the York store gives points:confused: ). If still nothing then yeah give them a ring!

    I've tried doing it in a couple of Boots branches and in different AC machines in each branch....luckily have loads of Bootses in easy reach!!

    Hi, I have had the same problem, ordered 6th Sept, still no points. So called today and they have added them manually, don't worry about phoning them, the CS is usually fantastic, the best I have spoken to. I find they can be REALLY slow replying to e-mails.

    You should have received them 5 working days after dispatch, so should be there by now.

    I went to Boots today and never been for a month as I've been too busy and was very lucky as I won 1000 points!:j additional points for my X'mas shopping plus using my cashback credit card to pay for some toiletries.;)
