The electoral roll

Hey guys
One of my negatives on my credit score is I am not on the electoral roll
I have three credit cards vanquis, Aqua, and luma. This is all I've ever been able to get through the eligibility checkers. When it comes to these much better credit cards I cannot get them,could the fact I'm not on the electoral roll be something to do with this?
I also have 2 phone contracts with o2 and have done for several years
So I can get credit, But I can never get accepted for finance when Iv tried, could this be the reason I don't get accepted
How do I get onto the electoral roll aswell if so
Help is much appreciated x
