Intoto or Kuhlmann Kitchen (Arlington/Wilson Fink) - Opinions?

Hi,
We are undergoing a large rear extension with a kitchen size of approximately 4.7 x 4.5. We've done the rounds of kitchen places such as Magnet, Howdens, BenchMarxx, Wickes to name a few and settled on two alternatives which are Intoto Kitchens and Arlington Kitchens (Wilson Fink) who sell Kuhlmann (previously RWK) kitchens. The prices are very similar following negotiations for the furniture (mix of walnut and cashmere handless units) and worktop (Silestone Quartz).
Does anyone have any opinions on either company or kitchens ranges?.
So confused!.
We've also looked at Hacker (classic range) which we understand is the standard version. The price was similar but they do not have the colour and wood in the standard range. To upgrade is too expensive.
Any help would be welcome.

I wouldnt say Kuhlman is a little bit better than the other two but bear in mind that all three makes of kitchens are very basic German kitchens, broadly the equivalent of the quality you would expect to find at Wickes in the UK.
I am surprised that Hacker is coming in at the same price level as the other two. We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
I had a colleague who was a lovely bloke, but with minimal knowledge of building and even less on kitchens. He went off and opened an Intoto showroom. He blagged his way for years, and could certainly talk the talk. This prompts the question can the Intoto showrooms be trusted to be ultra knowledgable and ultra professional as reflects the price they ask for their products?
I know some (perhaps all?) showrooms are franchises, and here one is always dubious about past trading history, and how long they may remain in business. I know of one that has closed down. It was in a wealthy area where customers should have flocked into it and been putty in the hands of the sales staff. No idea why it closed, nor whether it left a trail of unhappy customers in its wake.
Asked to make a choice I would choose a good independent over Intoto. Here there should be a trading history and reputation to maintain.
Costco have a tie in with Wilson Fink - have you investigated this route?0 -

Hi,
But surprised that they are classed the same quality as Wickes. The main reason we are opting for these is due to the handless design which seems more better than the normal j profile up grab.
The Hacker range was for the Classic and not the systematic range which is there premium.

Every German supplier does a proper handleless system . Nothing special about what Intoto offer. We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
