Three rescue insurance

Hi just sharing my experience with three rescue. I took a contract phone from three with three rescue insurance which costs £8 just for insurance. My mobile screen cracked and when I contacted them. they quickly send a replacement phone when I paid £80 excess but it was refurbished phone. When I asked about it they said their policies says it will be a new or refurbished phone which nobody mentioned me when I took insurance . But the phone I got had technical problems and they send me another refurbished phone with same problem. Then they send me a third replacement one which is not charging... Then they said they want to check my replaced phones and will make a decision..: I was like their refurbished phone tester . I didn't wait for their decision because I totally fed up with them... I cancelled their insurance. One big fault I done I could repair my screen and would avoid paying £80 excess + monthly £8 for the crap old refurbished phones they gave me . So think twice before you take three rescue insurance
