Our local town centre has just employed them and I am trying to get the contract cancelled. See https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5489906
I need evidence that Smart Parking do not treat people fairly and that they have lost some contracts.
Please post cases on here so I can review them.

And of course there's their disgraceful treatment of disabled visitors to Fistral beach.

They were kicked out of ASDA who they are in the process of suing. So if the contract is in place, then it could be costly to get it cancelled. You'd need to check how the cancellation works.

By all means try to persuade the site management, but be aware that they are probably getting a rake-off from this so will not be interested in your complaints. So you should also complain to the store manager and the chief executive of every single retailer on the site and tell them that they have lost your custom and that of everyone else you can persuade until the parking parasites are evicted: pressure on the site management from the tenants might make them think again.0

The problem you will come up against, is that the shopping centre will come up with some nonsense that they had no alternative.
If you get Smart out you might get Parking Lie in.
It would help if you could offer a suitable alternative ie. NCP type barrier in pay on the way out if at all practical.0 -
And they have also been banned previously by the DVLA0
