In this exclusive offer, Financial Times readers have a chance to win a stay at Finca Basso, a restored farmhouse hidden in peaceful Ibizan countryside where guests can snooze in six stylishly rustic bedrooms and dip in a private saltwater pool.
As Mr & Mrs Smith’s guest, you’ll have access to an on-island support team and concierge. The winner will also get a magnum of champagne on arrival, and on one night of their stay a private chef will cook dinner in the villa. The prize includes a week’s stay for up to 14 guests.

One winner will be drawn at random on 1 August 2016 and contacted by Mr & Mrs
Smith to confirm receipt. The winner will have seven days to confirm the prize. Smith
requires a security
deposit of €2,000. Which must be transferred more than 60 days
before the arrival date (6 January 2016).

By accepting the prize, you are agreeing to the standard Mr & Mrs Smith Luxury
Villas terms and conditions.

Up to 14 guests can stay at the villa: 1
2 guests can comfortably sleep in the
bedrooms, and two guests can sleep on extra beds.

Flights and transfers to the villa and car hire on the island are not incl
uded in the
prize.

To confirm their places, the winner and all guests must provide their full names, ages
and passport details to Mr & Mrs Smith. If the winner is unable to travel for whatever
reason (i.e. due to an expired passport), then the prize will
be declared forfeit, and an
alternative winner will be drawn.

Guests must confirm which night they wish to book the private chef for, no later than
14 days before arrival, along with any dietary requirements. If no date is confirmed,
we cannot guarantee
the chef’s availability. You will not be charged for this service.
Food is included, but guests must provide their own alcoholic drinks.

Guests will be required to sign the Smith villa customer agreement before the stay
period commences

Strictly no
parties are allowed during the stay period.

The security deposit can be paid by credit card or bank transfer. This will be returned
to the guest after check
-
out, in the same way it was paid, once the owner has
confirmed that no damages have occurred.

Gue
sts will be required to sign a cancellation policy. The set dates for the villa stay
period cannot be changed, and the prize is non
-
transferable with no cash alternative.
Smith cannot be held responsible for any flight delays or cancellations which may
hav
e an impact on the arrival or departure date.

Included in the villa rental is 15 hours of housekeeping between Monday and Friday.
This includes light cleaning, such as changing the bed linen and towels, if needed
