Hey Eskbanker thanks for replying.

My friend had the branded stationary and I assumed that I would get it as well, so was just a bit let down when the normal HSBC branded stationary appeared in my mail.

According to the other thread they phased out the branded stationary - again it was a minor thing but just a nice to have. On reflection I guess its not that big a deal really, was more a nice to have rather than anything else.

Just to irk me a bit more, the Regular Saver that they finally setup (4 days later) is under my branch sort code - so now I've got 2 with the branch and 2 generic ! But I'm letting it go :-)
