You have a plan, and if worst comes to worst then use the credit card. You're quite right, you have a family to feed and you need to look after you and them. You have the option there, and don't you dare feel guilty if you need to use it.
  • Loving the tip on the slip mat. Thanks bob hang in there. You're amazing :D

Bob, you've got to do what you've got to do. Please don't beat yourself up over it.
Sticking with the "Small things" thread to keep up us on the straight and narrow.

    Good Morning

Last night I received two private messages. The first was absolutely delightful and I am grateful to that user.

The second was vile. I really have to wonder what is wrong with people who take time out of their day to go about trolling others. Reported to admin obviously.

I am not going to stop keeping MY diary for anyone.

That's so rude Bob, how dare anyone be so horrible to people.

I love reading about your days - exhausting though they sound, I don't know how you fit it all in :)
Let’s just pretend I have not been alternately drowning in debt or only eating toast to try and pay it off for the last 20 years 😭

  • I've been slowly catching up on your diary Bob.

Some people can truly be awful, it makes me wonder what they gain out of sitting at a screen throwing nasty comments/insults at others.

Your days always sound so busy and packed with things. I think an 8 mile walk would feel like torture to me.

    Hope you're well.

    Hi All

    Wealth

    * Very poor. Still 7 days to get through till payday.

    * In good news, I decided to make a meeting with the person mentioned above. I thought to myself you never know where things will lead. And in more exciting news I have a good opportunity to take on another monthly client, so meeting with them tomorrow.

    * But without sounding defensive I hope, it isn't actually my fault, having expected £400 at the end of this week and a further £200 next week. Shortfall due to cancellation.

    Bob

Bob I'm really sorry you're having a stressful time. You are not being defensive at all - this is NOT your fault, you made business contacts and other people let you down. It is a shame, and it has put you in a difficult position, and you're doing the best for your family to make the best of it. So don't apologise for yourself :)

But I hope these meetings go well! That's good sign for the future!! Wishing you all the regular bookings :)

Also: :mad::mad: to the person who had nothing better to do with their time than be cruel to you in such a cowardly way, PMing you! That would genuinely upset me I think, so I hope you've managed to shrug it off.
