The website doesn't publish an address (which is a legal requirement) but they may be UK-based as they claim to be governed by Scottish law which corresponds with the information from PayPal. They publish a Glasgow phone number, have you tried calling them?
If they're non-responsive send a letter before action to the address PayPal gave you for the price you paid. I wouldn't return the dress without agreement from the seller.0 -
I apologise, maybe what I said was a bit abrupt but I didn't mean it to come across like that.
Having rights and being able to enforce them are completely different, have you tried calling them? A phone call is harder to ignore than an email.
As I said you could fold it up really small and send back for less than £3, which you could write off or claim from them.
You shouldn't have to pay for correcting their error, but with no help from the company it may be the easiest thing to get your money back and then be able to buy from somewhere that sticks to their customer obligations.0 -

You should not be expected to pay return postage for goods that are not as described but enforcing these consumer rights in regard to a low cost item would not be cost effective (a fact this company probably are banking on).0 -

Just seen your reply and that we have cross posted. It does seem as if this company are prepared to flout regulations.
Edit:
OP the company have facebook and twitter accounts and it may be worth posting on there about the issue. I would think that if they realise you are intent on getting the £3 postage back, they may for the sake of this low amount just gift it to you via paypal. Paypal can only refund the money you paid orginally.0 -
The site states 10-20 days delivery to UK so sounds like China. What is the return address they have given ? Probably a mailbox.0

"Regulations" which don't apply to a Chinese Company. It does seem as if this company are prepared to flout regulations.

Posts #2 and #3 have already answered this thread and I'm afraid the OP will likely get no refund on the cost of returning the item.0 -
They responded to reviews on trust pilot giving their address as 142 crownpoint rd g40 2ae.
The property does exist:

There is a mimi export import registered at that (142) address, however there is also another business registered at "unit 6 142 crownpoint rd". The only other limited company at that postcode was dissolved in march this year. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
