The prize includes a seven-night stay in Thailand for two; the itinerary will include flights and visits to some of the Thailand Green Excellence Awards winners – to be agreed between the winners and Tourism Authority of Thailand.
The prize does not include Insurance, transport to and from UK airports.
The prize is available from 1 October 2016 until 30 September 2017, subject to availability.
Black out dates include Easter & Christmas.
Flights are subject to availability.
The prize cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.
The promoter of this competition is Tourism Authority of Thailand.
The promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of similar value should the specified prize become unavailable for any reason.
Neither the promoter nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss or damage) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered.

The winner will be selected randomly.
Attempts will be made to notify the winner by the email provided at the time of entry.
If the promoter, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the winner, then the prize is forfeited and further draw(s) will be conducted.
The winner may be required to take part in reasonable publicity as specified by the promoter.
The prize is non-transferable.
