Who told you to appeal as "the registered driver" though?
No such term exists, but they would have you as the driver from that slip.0 -
Aaaagh! I meant 'registered keeper' not 'driver'. Does that screw me?0

Does that screw me?
I thought that was Elton John's job!
Seriously - whether they will even notice that is open to question. Just see if they pick it up.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Not at all - only one defence line now cannot be used (POFA) in the event this ends up in court.
Though if you weren't the driver then that was just a typo!0 -

As far as I am aware, all IAS appeal rejections are unsigned. This is a breach of the Alternative Dispute Regulations Act 2015 (ADR). They would be stupid to take this to court, but you would point this breach of an act of parliament to the judge which would not go down well in parking La La land.I married my cousin.
