Transferred to Santander 123

I have recently left HSBC after 38 years and moved all of my affairs to Santander and I have to say it's been so well organised and after only 9 days everything as been moved.
Let's hope it stays the same in the future

The reason for the move was down to receiving a letter advising they were going to down grade our account from a premier.
We earn the required monthly salary and used to have a substantial amount of savings with them and a small mortgage,after our Premier manager left a couple of years ago it went downhill with the new manager who expected me to move cash back to them for half of the interest we got with Shawbrook.
I had a discussion with the old manager a few years ago and it was agreed that he would leave us as aPremier client given I spend approx 45 K per annum on the credit card,however I pay it off every month and I expect we are not paying charges or overdraft fees so we are a poor customer.
I have calculated we will be 600 pound better off with Santander.
We received a letter the other day from HSBC inviting us back what a bunch of clowns
