Is Halifax's Ultimate Reward worth it?

I'll be getting my first car in a few weeks and I've been advised by my family to take out breakdown cover, and my mum told me recently that her Halifax Ultimate Reward covers her if she had a car or is the passenger in somebody else's.
Both RAC and AA charge £15 a month ish for the cover, but Halifax use AA, I get the breakdown cover, travel insurance, mobile phone insurance etc..
I went to Amsterdam last year and the insurance was £15 alone, yet Halifax will cover that and everything else for the same price. It seems too good to be true really..
Any advice?
(And I just want to add that I know about the Nationwide account that offers similar benefits for £10 a month, but I don't really like Nationwide after I had an account with them a while back)

£180 a year.
Annual travel insurance - how much would a policy via a price comparison site cost you?
Mobile phone cover - is there value in this? Would you really want a policy?
Breakdown cover - there's a £19 annual policy on Groupon. Autoaid charge c£43 a year.
Home emergency call out - would you want this? I like it but many are getting something they wouldn't ordinarily pay for.0 -
They are only worth it if you use it.
Since you can have a sole and a joint reward account I have ultimate as my joint account and ten pounds a month is a decent deal for the travel insurance alone.0
