Terms and Conditions

The Promoter is Krispy Kreme UK whose registered office is at Krispy Kreme UK, Unit 4 Albany Park, Frimley Road, Camberley, Surrey, GU16 7PQ (Krispy Kreme). Do not send entries to this address.
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or Promotional materials. Participants of the Promotions agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Promotions Period: To play Krispy Kreme Bingo Participants must enter between Wednesday 20th July 2016 at 00:01 and Sunday 4th September 2016 at 23:59. Entries received after this time will NOT be considered.
Who can enter: All entrants must be 16 years of age or older and must be legal UK (England, Scotland and Wales) residents. Employees of Krispy Kreme UK and their immediate family members or any agencies or companies connected with the completion shall not be permitted to enter the competition. We may require any information that we consider reasonably necessary in order to verify your eligibility.
How to enter: To participate in this Promotions, entrants must purchase a Promotional Box, Single Product or Combo (Cofee with two doughnuts) from Krispy Kreme UK. Subject to availability. Valid Promotional Purchases include Original Glazed Dozen boxes, Assorted Dozen boxes, Create Your Own Dozen boxes, 6 pack boxes and 3 pack boxes, single doughnuts & combos purchased in Krispy Kreme UK stores only. Valid Promotional Boxes include only pre-packed Original Glazed Dozen boxes and pre-packed Assorted Dozen boxes purchased in Tesco, Morrisons, Service Stations, Center Parcs and Costco. Each Promotional Box will include a unique code. Entrants must then visit krispykreme.co.uk/bingo and enter this unique code, along with their personal details & email address to play the game. Proof of purchase will also be required. Participants who cannot show their pack will not receive a prize.
Codes are unique and can only be used once. Prizes have been allocated at random via a secure, independently verified computer system and therefore a prize may not be available on all product types. Winners can only receive one prize per tier. Although all prizes are available to won, there is no guarantee that they will actually be won. Prizes not won by the closing date will not be issued into a subsequent draw.
Codes have no value and cannot be transferred or sold.
Entrants are restricted to 2 entries per day. Strictly one account per person. For the avoidance of doubt only one unique email will be accepted for the duration of the Promotions. We reserve the right to check IP addresses and ask for verification of your name and address if we suspect any circumvention of this clause.
Winner notification: Entrants will receive an immediate “CONGRATULATIONS YOU HAVE WON…” or “UNFORTUNATELY YOU DIDN’T COMPLETE A ROW…” message. It is the entrant's responsibility to check the website to see if they are a winner. It is the responsibility of entrants to notify the Promoter of any change of contact details. Proof of identity may be required.
Prize Fund: There are 127,807 collect to win prizes to win by completing a row on a Krispy Kreme Bingo Card. There are an additional 76,505 chances to instantly win by matching a Bingo number to a Krispy Kreme Bingo Card, of which x11 prizes are guaranteed to be won. Playing cards and balls are given online at random. X11 guaranteed prizes to be won via a winning moments mechanic. Collect to win prizes include; 2 x £5,000, 100 x £100, 200 x £20 1,000 x Free Krispy Kreme Assorted Dozen Voucher, 50,000 x Free Krispy Kreme Original Glazed Doughnut Voucher. Instant win prizes include; 5 x £1,000 (of which 1 is guaranteed), 100 x £100 (of which 10 are guaranteed) 400 x £20, 1,000 x Free Krispy Kreme Assorted Dozen Voucher, 75,000 x Free Krispy Kreme Original Glazed Doughnut Voucher.
Voucher for x1 Free Original Glazed Doughnut (up to the value of £1.49) will be emailed within 24 hours of winning. The voucher for x1 Free Assorted Dozen (up to the value of £10.95) will be posted within 28 days. Both vouchers are only redeemable at Krispy Kreme Stores and selected Tesco stores and are subject to availability. Check vouchers for usage and validity instructions.
Cash Prizes – cash winners will receive a cheque in the post within 28 days of winning. The potential winner may be asked to validate eligibility regarding compliance with these rules. The potential prize winner will also be required to provide his / her residential address in order for the prize to be posted. Use of false details will result in disqualification.
A potential prize winner is not an actual winner until his / her submission is validated by Krispy Kreme UK. If a potential prize winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, the prize will be forfeited.
If a potential prize winner does not supply valid data at the time of winning for whatever reason, the potential prize winner will be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited. Forfeited prizes will be void and will not be resubmitted into the prize fund.
The entry must be made by the person entering the competition – entries sent through third parties, agencies or by automated means (such as scripts and macros) will not be accepted. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
No entrant can use their computer to enable multiple entries, (e.g. by the use of ‘script’ or ‘brute force’) to undermine the Promotions. If there is any suspicion regarding potential prize claims, the Promoter has the right to request the pack and relevant code before awarding the prize in the event of any issues with an entrant’s claim, that person’s entry will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
Should the Promoter require winners to post winning code, proof of sending will not be seen as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for claims that are lost, damaged or delayed, nor any associated costs to entrants.
Prizes are as specified and are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for any other form of compensation. In the event for any reason the prize winners do not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winners and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. Unclaimed prizes will be void.
Codes are case sensitive and must be entered online exactly as they appear on the pack. Each code is unique and can only be used once. Attempts to enter the same code more than once, the use of codes from non-Promotional packs, or the use of any Promotional codes not intended for use in this Promotions, may result in disqualification and all entries will be declared void.
Internet access required. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotions is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter (both human or computer) which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotions, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotions, or invalidate any affected entries, but will endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we will not be liable to you in respect of your inability to enter due to (i) problems with your internet connection, mobile signal or hardware (ii) or www.krsipykreme.co.uk/bingo being unavailable for any period of time. The Promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to this entry route. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
Limitations of liability: Neither the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the Promotions, assume any responsibility or liability for: Any incorrect or inaccurate code entry, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions. Any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of codes at any point in the operation of this Promotions. Communications line failure, regardless of cause with regards to equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotions. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet. Any injury or damage to entrant upon delivery and / or use of their prize. Any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of winning packs at any point during the operation of this Promotions.
Conduct of entry: By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his / her agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the code redemption process, or the operation of the Promotions, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.
All entrants and winners agree, at the Promoter’s request, to participate in reasonable Promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, with no further recompense and they consent to the Promoter using their name, town / city and image in Promotional material on any channel.

The Promoter does not assume any responsibility for codes damaged or defaced in the way the product packaging is opened. If you cannot read your code due to a genuine printing error, please send the packaging along with your name and postal address to the Promoter at: Krispy Kreme Bingo, Krispy Kreme UK, Unit 4 Albany Park, Frimley Road, Camberley, Surrey, GU16 7PQ and a replacement code will be sent to you.
For details of the winners of the Promotions (full names and counties), please send a self-addressed envelope clearly marked ‘Bingo Winners’ with details of your request to: Krispy Kreme Bingo, Krispy Kreme UK, Unit 4 Albany Park, Frimley Road, Camberley, Surrey, GU16 7PQ within 3 months of the closing date.
All copyright in conjunction with the Promotions will be owned by Krispy Kreme UK. Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
This Promotions is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Tesco, Morrisons, Roadchef, Moto, Welcome Break, Costco, Center Parcs, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Krispy Kreme UK and not to any other party. Any such third parties have no liability for this Promotions whatsoever.
The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Promotions will be final.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotions and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this Promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotions or won using fraudulent means.
The Promotions and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
