Staysure Travel Insurance

Just to let people know that I was really pleased with my quote from Staysure for single trip insurance.

I have several illnesses and the quote provided included all of them . I've been quoted extortionate prices from other insurance companies but this one was good.

It's over 50s (there is an advantage to being over 50 after all!).

They have 15% discount running at the moment until tomorrow (I think it was)

Use code stay15

Hope it helps someone.

Do you know if they will cover cancer?

I originally saw this company mentioned some months back on Facebook and it was in a post from a lady who had had cancer and she was saying how low the quote was compared to others.

I intended to make a note of it then for a friend but forgot. So I was pleased to see the details again today. My OH has high cholesterol and slightly raised blood pressure but is not on medication. I thought the quote given was very reasonable.

They will cover cancer yes- I've just bought a policy from them for my trip to Dublin in a few weeks. I'm 4 years in remission but not had the all clear yet and I got a good price.

I got a very good deal for my son who has a disability. Very competitive quote. Fortunately he's not had to claim so I can't comment on their efficiency at processing claims.
  • My parents have used these for a few years and they both have health issues and are on a lot of meds. They are always pleased with the quote. Thankfully they have never had to claim and that is when you find out how good they are. I have always been reluctant to leave my current insurer as we have claimed a few times over the years and they are excellent, but if there is a big difference in price when my annual policy is next due for renewal I might be tempted to give them a try
