Risk of court hearing at time of holiday

Hi
Does anyone know of a travel insurer who will cover the cost of a holiday in the event that one of the party of two needs to attend a court hearing as a witness to support an (partner's) appeal (who isn't in the party of two or going on holiday), if there is a risk that the hearing would occur at the same time as the holiday itself? This wouldn't be a court summons to act on a jury or as a witness, but a voluntary service.
Thanks

Assuming this will be the county court your partner would be able to tell the court of any unsuitable dates before the hearing date is set0

Any insurer that might have provided this (doubtful) will not now cover it if it is known.
Generally you would only be covered for death or serious illness of someone else. However admirable, you generally aren't insured to help other people out.
Can you ask for the court hearing not to be on the dates of the holiday?0 -
My husband was called as a witness and he was asked for any unsuitable dates.0
