The renew thing is a specific option though, not just opening a new account.
I have the letter, some of you seem to think I am making this !!!! up for some reason
I don't think you're making it up, as I said I had a similar letter from TSB, but renewing their regular saver wasn't actually possible, despite the letter giving it as an option.
Their letters are just badly worded and confusing.0 -
