The prize package for the Winner and Runners Up includes the following (the “Prize Package”):

a. Winner:

i. Return train travel for four people (Winner and three guests) to London;
ii. Return transfers from the station to the hotel;
iii. Overnight accommodation at the 4* Ace Hotel Shoreditch;
iv. Breakfast for four people at the hotel restaurant;
v. Four tickets to Alice’s Adventure Underground valid between 1 April 2017 and 31 July 2017 at the Vaults; and
vi. One pair of tickets for the Self-Discovery Experience at the Bombay Sapphire Distillery in Laverstoke (including travel, but excluding accommodation and food).

The Winner’s prize must be taken before 31 July 2017.

b. Runners Up

i. Three pairs of tickets for the Self-Discovery Experience at the Bombay Sapphire Distillery in Laverstoke (excluding travel, accommodation and food). The Runners’ Up prizes must be taken before 31 July 2017.

9. The Winner, Winner’s guests and Runners Up must be aged 18 and over.

10. All Entries must be submitted by the original writer of the Entry.

11. The Winner and Runners Up may be required to participate in publicity which may include having his/her photograph taken for promotional and press purposes for Time Out, NDL and/or Bacardi-Martini Limited.

12. All Entries considered inappropriate or offensive by Time Out will be disqualified.

13. The Prize Package will be provided by NDL and Bacardi-Martini Limited.

14. The Winner and Runners Up will be notified using the contact information submitted when uploading their Entry. The Winner and Runners Up may be asked to provide identification. Any Winner and Runner Up who is not contactable or who fails to return contact within five working days of notification after reasonable efforts have been made to contact them will be disqualified and will forfeit their right to the prize; no compensation will be given and a reserve entrant will be selected as an alternative Winner and Runner Up.

15. The name of the Winner may be obtained by sending a written request with a stamped addressed envelope stating which competition you would like the Winner’s details for, to Time Out England Limited, 4th Floor 125 Shaftesbury Avenue, WC2H 8AD London or by email to competitions@timeout.com by 30 November 2016.

16. Time Out’s selection of the Winner and Runners Up is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.

17. The Prize Package is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable.

18. Time Out accepts no liability for any loss or damage howsoever caused, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or damage or personal injury (with the exception of death or personal injury caused by Time Out’s own negligence) suffered or sustained in connection with the Prize Package.

19. In the event of unforeseen circumstances Time Out, Bacardi-Martini Limited and NDL reserve the right to substitute the Prize Package for an alternative of equal or greater value.

20. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of Time Out, Bacardi-Martini Limited, and/or NDL and which prevents Time Out, Bacardi-Martini Limited and/or NDL from complying with these terms and conditions, neither Time Out nor Bacardi-Martini Limited or NDL will be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing their obligations. Time Out reserves the right to modify, delay, postpone or cancel the Competition in the event of circumstances outside of its reasonable control.

21. This Competition and the Rules shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

22. By entering the Competition, all entrants consent to the processing of their personal data by Time Out for the purposes of administration of this Competition.

23. The Competition promoter is Time Out England Limited of 4th Floor 125 Shaftesbury Avenue, WC2H 8AD London and all references to Time Out shall mean Time Out England Limited. Time Out shall have the right to license all and any rights granted to Time Out to its associated companies and licensees.

SPECIFIC PRIZE TERMS & CONDITIONS - NDL

24. Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of NDL and excludes Christmas, New Year, St Valentine’s Day, Easter, School and Bank holidays.

25. Travel will be by train, must be off peak and booked a minimum of six weeks in advance.

26. Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers.

27. Hotel is classed as a 4 star and is based on four people sharing two double rooms with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.

28. Tickets are subject to availability at the time of booking and exclude sold out events. Shows available from 15 April 2017 to 10 September 2017.

29. All prizes must be claimed and booked by the Winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.

SPECIFIC PRIZE TERMS & CONDITIONS – Bacardi-Martini Limited

30. Four pairs of tickets for the Self-Discovery Experience at the Bombay Sapphire Distillery will be provided by Bacardi-Martini Limited. The Self-Discovery Experience includes a self-guided tour of the Bombay Sapphire Distillery using an interactive map, a guided tour of the Dakin Still House, and a complimentary cocktail at the end of the experience. For the Winner travel is included up to £300 in total (£150 per guest). All other cost and expenses, including food and drink, and any other additional costs that arise are the responsibility of the Winner. The prize must be used before 31 July 2017. The Self-Discovery Experience must be booked online in advance using the voucher code provided as the prize, as this will ensure the availability of the prize on the date selected. The distillery must be informed at hello@bombaysapphire.com or on 01256 890090 at least 7 days prior to your booked visit so transport can be arranged.

31. For the Runners Up the prizes do not include travel, food and drink, personal expenditure, expenditure at the distillery, and any other incidental costs other than those specifically included.

32. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes (or any part thereof) for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its reasonable control. There is no cash alternative to the prizes (or any part thereof) and the prizes are non-transferrable.
