Unit to go over boiler

I've recently had my boiler moved (Worcester Bosch 28i Junior) and am about to buy a new kitchen unit to fit over it. I've read the manual to ensure the space around the boiler meets the minimum requirements.
There will be a door covering the entire front of the unit, but I have a choice on how far up the wall I install the unit. If someone had to come out and look at the boiler, will they need to get access underneath the boiler or do they do the majority of work from the front?
What I'm getting at is will I better off fitting the unit in position A or B, where the black rectangle is the overall size of the wall, the blue rectangle is the boiler, and the red rectangle is the unit.

Visually I'd prefer A, but for the sake of the boiler man, I suspect B will be more helpful. How much access below the boiler will they need?

Put your make and model - Worcester Bosch 28i Junior -into Auntie Google and the first result is to a .pdf of the manual. Look on pages 7 & 14 and this should tell you all you need to know.0

Do you really need to even put a unit around it?

Thank you. I found that doc and looked through it to find the dimensions you have to leave around it, but somehow missed that diagram regarding service access.0
