Hi,

We are viewing a flat tomorrow and I wanted to know what checks they do.

I am currently in a self managed DMP, have no CCJ's etc... I am just worried we will fail based on this. We are offering a guarantor.

    Most of the time, the cheapest most basic public record check, employment check and landlord check.
