    ok, as you said

"Also, the two photos were taken 10 minutes apart and show the car in two different positions along the same road (one in a parking space, one round the corner in a side road further up from the parking space)"

Was that possible, did you move your car within 10 mins ?

I thought the advice was to never admit to being the driver ;)

Is this Uxbridge? There is a car park there where they have 'now you see it now you don't' signs...there's a thread here about them allegedly photoshopping or providing old, misleading pictures to an appeal. Pretending there are signs up, apparently, where there are in fact, none at the entrance.

Yes Uxbridge, but not a car park. A road behind the shops on the high street, as far as I can tell from google maps.

The photos show the car in two different positions. The time stamps on the photos are 10 mins apart. As for whether the car was parked it's unclear; In one photo it's partly in a parking bay and the headlights are on so it could be doing anything. In the other photo the passenger door is ajar and someone's face can be seen in the passenger window, so it seems someone is being picked-up/dropped-off, which according to the PCN is a contravention.

They are not visible in the photos - that is all I have to go on.

I plan to send Park Direct UK Ltd the example IPC letter from the Newbies sticky thread.

That's fine. They will send a standard rejection drivel letter. You then sit tight and laugh at each letter.
