Hi,
when receiving shares through a company Share Save Scheme, and completed the term, for CGT purposes, are you deemed to have received the shares at the start of the scheme or at the end of the period?
Also, most Share Save Schemes, give a discount, so, again, do you use the full price or the discounted price.
Thanks.

I believe the answers are:
1 The end of the period - ie the date when you exercise the option to buy the shares0 -
Not sure what happened there but to continue
2 The price you pay - ie after any discount.0 -
