Need help with Section 75 (lowcostholiday)

Hi all, unfortunately my holiday to Florida was booked with lowcostholidays which went into administration

My flights are all paid for and still confirmed

My hotel and transfers are not paid for,

I paid roughly £400 with my credit card (Barclays bank)
And I paid the rest off roughly £700 with my debit card (lloyds bank)

Would I be able to recover all my money using section 75?

Also how I go about starting a section 75?
