I wouldn't bother waiting a month.
Contact your card issuer and request a chargeback now.
The website shows the phone number (317) 300-5117
and if you do a search on Google for this, it links to a facebook page:
https://www.facebook.com/Cheap-sunglasses-287675164900844/
and that page gives another link to a different website:
http://www.topsunglassclub.com/
However, when going to that website, you get this:This domain was previously held for the sale of alleged counterfeit Ray-Ban and Oakley products. Control of this domain has been transferred to Luxottica Group S.p.A. (“Luxottica”), owner of the Oakley and Ray-Ban brands, pursuant to a temporary court order. Luxottica took this action to protect its brands and consumers from unknowingly purchasing counterfeit products0 -

They were talking on the radio this morning about the increase in the amount of stuff being sold on the Internet that came from China. And the buyers are either not receiving any goods or finding out when they arrive, to be fake. Then the difficulties you have trying to get your money back.
Then they went on to say that they're expecting it to go much worse. Since Brexit the Uk is looking for new markets to trade with, and the likes of China will be selling a lot more here.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,
What it may grow to in time, I know not what.

Action Fraud
They won't do anything on one report, but they have put similar operations out of business before where repeat problems are reported. It takes two minutes to log a report.0 -

ActionFraud don't deal with the sale of counterfeit items unless they are medicinal goods.0 -
If you want nice non-brand sunglasses, well made, but Chinese pricing, try the brand Veithdia http://www.veithdia.com
You can even get fake Veithdia, as is China, but legit Veithdia are quality items.0 -
