is she entitled to ctc/wtc

My daughter lives at home with my self and my husband. She works full time and has recently had a baby. My husband works full time, i dont work and have recently had my ib stopped and failed an esa, although i may look for a part time job at some point my hubby is happy to support me. So my question is , is my daughter entitled to claim ctc/wtc in her own rights or does living at home with parents affect her claim.
thanks in advance

Living with parents won't affect it, only a partner.

Whether she is entitled or not will depend on her specific circumstances eg working hours, income, disabilities, childcare etc

If she uses the gov calculator she will see it only asks about a partner.

    As an aside.

Was the decision to refuse you ESa correct?

Have you checked with your local CAB if you could appeal it?

To be honest im not really sure ive had so much to deal with lately in my family home life etc that i just didnt have the energy to take it any further. I think i have now passed the time limit to ask for a M/ recon or appeal :/, i know that probably sounds bad but i really couldnt cope now with it all , but thank you for asking

Do be aware that being out of both the claims and work situations, you are not accumulating contributions to your State Pension.

Many thanks for your concern, but i was quided to the government website by another kind poster when i had queried this on an earlier post. Happily it shows i have 37 years of full contributions, so i beleive i will be ok. ;) unless you can advise otherwise .

Being on the 'old system' I don't know how the new one works, but did stupidly lose out myself, as I refused some extra work which would have brought my part time work income into the NI paying band, not realising that this would have boosted my second State Pension. (Of course this doesn't apply nowadays)

I must admit i find it all very confusing at the best of times but then it doesn't take a lot to confuse me ha ha ;)
