Thank you all for the congrats. :)

This month has pretty much gone out of the windows in terms of my goals as I went on holiday and came back to a last min catering event which left me no time to do my usual planning and comparing and couponing. This week is about readjusting. While trying to get out of holiday mode and back into MSE mode my fianc! (sorry it's new.. I'm just trying it out) got the flu and I've been batch cooking for a charity event so we've not even seen the family and friends yet.

Today (Sunday) was my first time running a food stall and it was great fun. I sold out of food after 2 and a half hours. I made sundried tomato 'sos'age rolls, samosas, aubergine bhajis, an aubergine and pesto tart, a spicy Mexican tart and falafel and guacamole pitas (all sfv). I'm seriously considering looking into this as a very career move. I've been running my pop- up restaurant for 18 months with growing success and expanding into street food seems like a natural progression.
For my M10AD it has made me £45 profit and if I ppan it properly and batch cook in bigger amounts I could save a lot more money on our regular shopping bills.

I'm 3-4months away from paying off my loan which will free up some money to pay more towards my cc debt. It's a slow process but every little helps. Hope you had a great weekend. X
