Exporting passwords

I need to export my passwords saved on Firefox and use them on a different PC. Is there a way of saving these in a Word document format or other, which could then be put on a memory stick?
I have tried cutting and pasting, but this doesn't work.

Note that you can also copy the logins.json and key3.db files from the current profile folder to the profile folder on the other computer.
You can use this button to go to the current Firefox profile folder:- Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Show Folder "

Thanks for that. I have used the copy option, since my version of Firefox doesn't allow the extension.
I now have the two files on my USB stick.
How would I import these to the new version of Firefox on the new computer?0 -
As the instructions point out - simply copy them to the same folder on the new computer that you copied them from on the old one0
