I have been reading good reports on review sites about this new breakdown insurance "2Gether" that is also excellent value for money. I would just like to know if anyone has any experience of them here ?
Thanks.
Thanks.

When a company links to external reviews i have tio wonder how many were made by themselves.
If you call them out say your car wont start then it starts before thety arrive you get charge £98.40 to cancel it.
And you only get one call out per fault. So call them out on a Sunday when the garages are closed you dont get to call them the next day to arrange for it to be taken in.
If they do a temporary fix they will take your card details and charge for a 2nd call out..
Its cheap for a reason it seems.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
I must say I am disappointed with the lack of response. Surely there are other customers out there reading this ?0

What response do you want? nobody knows your needs, its cheap because its got clauses that could leave you seriously out of pocket.
Probably better deals out there.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -

I don't know where these clauses are that you say. All I want is my car driven by the two of us to be covered for within the UK only for recovery, assistance and possible onward journey.0 -
Are the two of you married?
If so autoaid is great for £39.
It's pay and claim but you get cheque by return of post (and yes I have actually experienced that).0 -

The clauses are plain and simple on their website.
Say its a sunday evening and you want to go out the car wont start, you call them up and they come out and say your battery is duff. They take you to your destination or you stay at home.
If you goto your destination and it wont start to come home its £96 to call them out.
If you decide to stay at home, how will you get your car to the garage for a new battery? £96 to call them out.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
Have you read the FAQ's and cover levels? To the NEAREST garage if it can be repaired.

Autoaid has been sold to right choice insurance (May 2016), and looks to have gone downhill according to posts here and on the net. (Cheques by return look out of the window!)
