Back up before repair

I have a problem with my Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro (screen flickers on and off occasionally when running on battery) which I'm planning to return to John Lewis for repair while the 2 year warranty is still active. I'm wondering what I ought to do before I take it in.

These are the things I've been thinking of, but if you have other suggestions please make them.

It has a 128GB SSD with 102GB available for data and 56GB used. It came with Win 8.1 but is now Win 10.

1) Copy data onto multiple devices
2) Backup Firefox and Thunderbird profile with MozBackup
3) Delete data (I'm not going to the extent of wiping the drive)
4) Delete Firefox and Thunderbird

Is it worth using something like Macrium Reflect Free to backup the drive? I don't know what the repair will consist of, I'd guess that it's most likely to be hardware but it might be software, so a full restore from the backup could overwrite the fix, which wouldn't be a good thing.

Would a factory reset using the OKR button be a good idea (I've never done one so not entirely sure what it does)?

Should I set up a new admin login to give to JL and delete my own personal login?
