is he a proper web person? if hes doing this in any professional manner then host up another web page with plenty of tags and info showing what they have done and moneys demanded and get it up and posted to as many web places as you can.

You let him know and agree that you get your names back and your grevencies are no longer public knowledge.

If hes employed he will likely want them down asap.

The only people who can resolve this are Nominet as they admininster all .uk domain names. You need to invoke the Dispute Resolution Service -- http://www.nominet.uk/domains/resolving-uk-domain-disputes-and-complaints/
This is free to the mediation stage.

For the .com domain you will need ICANN https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/help/dndr/udrp-en

or worse still copy the .org.uk page and put !!!!!! adverts all over it or any number of other perfectly legal options as they apparently own the domain registration.

Just because you own the domain, doesn't make everything you could do on it legal.

If you do something which impacts on the lives/business of others, you could well be breaking the law.

I'm not sure domain registrations equate with vehicle keeper registrations though. ;)

I think there's more than a passing similarity.

If registration equaled ownership, anyone who hacked your domain, and transferred it into their name, would then be the legal owner, which is clearly not the case.

You cannot become the owner of something, by stealing it.
