When I search for a term, such as "Holiday" I always get the message

This forum requires that you wait 15 seconds between searches. Please try again in 15 seconds.
It doesn't matter how long I wait in between searches, it can be days but it always happens now, no matter what.
I didn't use to get this problem, unless I had been a bit impatient and didn't wait the 14 seconds of course.
I would be grateful for any suggestions on how to cure it.
