Better bathrooms not!

Be warned if you decide to buy from this company, all very nice when taking your money but watch out if you want to return anything. We were assured that a toilet would go with the sink we were buying, the colour difference was because of lighting, some yellow lights some white.

As the two items were metres apart we had to take the salesman' s word for it. I went home to think it over then placed an order on line along with a new shower. Delivery was prompt but you guessed it the toilet was a chewing gum colour. Then spent three days trying to return the said toilet, numerous calls and emails, thought it was resolved.

They tried to say I could not get a refund only a credit note as I had ordered in store, eventually they said I could return it at a cost of £35.

I'm sure some people will have good things to say about this store, just bear my experience in mind.

When we were looking for a new bathroom, we had a look at better bathrooms and the quality was quite poor. I think they do well because they are convenient - yo u can go in, buy the suite, taps, tiles etc all in one shop.

We ended up shopping around and buying everything from different suppliers. At least that way, we got quality branded items at good prices with decent guarantees.

my son bought from this company - quite a few items.
one item was incorrect (his fault) so he wanted to exchange for a different one and was willing to return the item in it's unopened package by hand and was told there would be a £35 charge.

very poor customer service in my opinion.

I have emailed the MD, after going round in circles with their customer service. Was told last night they would pick it up for free, today, they changed their mind. Should have recorded the call, if I knew how! They are supposed to be listening to the call to check what was agreed. Just getting very annoying now.

No response from MD as expected. So going to lose £35! The supervisor therefore arranged for the toilet to be picked up, this didn't happen. Second one arranged also didn't happen. They are the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. Beware.
