I'm just about to purchase a property in Spain where I work half the year and I need to transfer a large sum to euros for the deposit.

Can you:
a) recommend any foreign currency exchange companies for such a task
b) advise which savings I am best leaving alone. I have both cash ISAs and Premium bonds.
