I have a shiny new Tesco credit card but cannot see the Pin on the letter they sent. All I can see when I peel off the tab is pretty flowery patterns.
What am I doing wrong? I have found it impossible to get through their round and round telephone options to speak to a real person. I have asked for a PIN reminder but expect the same issue.

The reminder should be fine. You'd be very unlucky to get a production error twice.0

Take off the plastic strip and place it against a white background and hey presto number is eligible.0

Thanks that worked!0 -
Now I have a new fully functioning card I have tried to cancel my M&S one. I can't apparently as there is a balance on it. A balance that like all other months and years that I have had the card will be paid in full when the statement is generated. M&S cancelled it themselves a couple of months ago as they thought there was suspicious activity on it (there wasn't) so they can cancel even if there is a balance but I can't?
Think I will report it lost!0 -
An account can never be fully closed until it's a zero balance - even if cards are no longer issued on it.
Reporting your card lost won't help.0
