    Just be very careful. No redundancy package is worth taking a risk on not getting caught doing something you shouldn't. News gets about much easier than you'd think. And in inverse proportions as to how much you want it not to get about.

    VR is not redundancy it is a mutual agreed termination redundancy rules do not apply.

    The important employer to keep happy is the new one.

    If the old employer realises you have been looking they may take that into consideration.

    Job hunting is something you keep as secret as possible.
