Hi there
I am one of many affected by the collapse of Low Cost Holidays. I checked on Saturday morning that my flights were fine, which they are. I then phoned the hotel to see if my reservation was still valid and paid for, which they confirmed. At my request, they then sent me an email confirming my booking and payment had been successful. However, I then got an email last night stating that actually my booking had been cancelled and payment had not been taken - despite me having written proof that payment had been received.
What are my rights regarding this? Is there anything I can do?
Thanks!

A friend of mine has had exactly the same. He had initial confirmation that the hotel was paid for, then later got told it wasn't.
He phoned the hotel and has managed to rebook the same room, and will then claim back on his credit card for the hotel portion.
His transfers had also not been paid for.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0
