From the article...She recommends putting the food in a sealed plastic bag and then submerging it in cold tap water.
You will need to change the water every half an hour to ensure that it stays sufficiently cold.
No chance I'll be doing that every half hour.
On the original topic of this revived thread, as to whether or not it is safe to eat leftout leftovers I always ask myself this...
