I've had the same email this morning too. I,ve paid in and out the 800 using the card reader which proves I logged in! The 4 DD.s also all gone out so if they don't get sorted out it'll be an account to switch when needed as I've had the incentive payment.

Phoned them and they have sorted it. No explanation given but the lady checked the system and saw that I had indeed logged in quite a few times.

Good result. Looks like Co-op are going to be busy with customer calls sorting the mess out.

I have had the same problem for the last 3 months - got the " would you like everyday rewards" email with the X beside "log in to online banking". Phoned up and subsequently got a "we're sorry we sent you the wrong information" email - followed by a customer survey email asking what I thought of the service !
Check your account, because they "do" pay paid the £4 reward despite sending out the failure email.

For those of you expecting £4, as opposed to £5.50, then a phone call (if you can bear their music and a 5 minute wait!), rather than secure message, gets you a free £1.50

This is because the only facility the call centre staff have available to them is a manual credit of £5.50 posted to the account by the end of the next working day (I came clean about only expecting £4 but they more-or-less said "have it on us!").

Glad its not just me in this position, unfortunately I won't get time to phone until at least Friday/ Saturday, so hopefully they will respond to secure message

I sent a secure message yesterday afternoon after seeing this forum and having not received my £4 or even a email. Secure message said that they will respond in 1 working day but nothing so far - obviously very busy!

Co-op must be wishing that they hadn't added the monthly logon requirement for the £4/£5.50 reward! It must be costing them a fortune dealing with all the calls/messages about the missing payments.

I have passed all the other criteria to qualify for Everyday Rewards but feel I have may overlooked the 4 DDs clause. I have had my £150 bonus and the 4 DDs remain in place, however only 1 has "paid out"

Here is my screen, no £4 payments have appeared for the last two months but no email to say I have missed qualifying for Everyday rewards either.

If you get going quickly, you should earn the £4 for July. Presumably the BofS DD will pay out on 27 July, so you just need to pull in a £1 payment from the Coop account on each of the paypal DDs and the Tesco DD by 31 July. Do it now, as it can take 7 to 10 days for the first payment.

Edit: I assume you have paid in at least £800 during July?
