Co-Operative Reward Missed

I've had an email this morning saying I missed my Reward payment this month, but don't understand how this has happened.

Same 4 DD's came out as usual. Logged onto internet banking. Paid in more than £800 and not changed paperless option.

Has this happened to anyone else?

I've had the same issue. It says on the email that it was because I hadn't logged into online or mobile banking, which I definitely did. Will be giving them a call later to chase this up.

Snap - I have sent a secure message, previously received 5.50 payment for the last 3 months, nothing has changed, 5 direct debits have been paid, three of which were seperate tesco mandates - same as previous months, all other conditions fulfilled.

Just looked at the email again and there is a x next to Log on to Internet Banking. Something I have definitely done. I have sent them a message via online banking, wonder if this is something that's happened due to the change in online banking?

It doesn't help much but just to confirm I did get my £4 as per usual this month. I got 4 DDs (3 to 3 different Tesco accounts, 1 to elsewhere) and pay in £800 a month. I also transfer most of the £800 out manually, so by definition I have met the 'log in' requirement.

My £800 was transferred out using online Banking as well, yet email states I did not meet the log in at least once requirement. Hopefully they will reply to my message quickly and add the £4 reward.

By the way just transferring the money out probably resulted in 2 - 3 log ins as, the money takes a while to reach the account and I will have been impatient and logged in a couple of times to see if it was there to transfer back out again.

I log in many times a month
  • I got my £4 reward on the 15th July for month of June. First time. Paid out 4 x £1 DDs to four different Tesco Internet Saver account. Transferred £805 in. Several log ons via Internet banking.
  • Reveived same message for both myself and my wife. Have contacted them via secure message. I suspected this may happen with the mess thier internet banking is, so took the precaution of taking a screenshot where it clearly says 'Your last log in was xxx June').

The transfer process to the new online banking pages has been farcical for me. I also got the email saying that I missed out due to not logging in last month even though I have been using their secure messaging service almost on a daily basis to complain about their website logging in process taking a few goes everyday!

I keep getting told that they will contact me by phone to discuss issues but they rarely follow through on this promise.
